LETTER: James Nicholson, Warrington to Ll. Adams. Writing in a conciliatory tone he asks Mr Adams not to take the determination as to dilapidations out of the hands of the arbitrators. He feels sure they will deal fairly with Mrs Yale's case. He points out that Mr Yale has agreed to find timber off the estate for repairs which will spare a lot of the cost, and they have also given way over the Llangollen timber which was cut over 30 years ago. He sincerely hopes, as a member of the family, that when the arbitration is over their respective clients might be reinstated in friendly relation towards each other.
