From Attlee at the House of Commons. Writes in answer to her question asking why there are not more women in Parliament. History shows that there is always a long gap between the enfranchisement of a new group and the election of their representatives in the House of Commons, Does not accept that women would stop war. Would welcome more women Labour MP's Has not noticed that Conservative women members take a different line from their colleagues either on peace or social reform.
