Property: piece of ground in the garden of Henry Justice adjoining St Andrewgate churchyard, now in the possession of Thomas Earl, from Mr Peak's garden wall into Henry Justice's garden eastwards, in breadth 60 feet and from Justice's garden wall towards St Saviourgate, in length 76 feet, and ground for a clear passage to be taken in and enclosed.
