Parties: 1) Mathew White and Edward Burye, gents. 2) James Hoton of York, tapiter.
Property: a tenement in St Saviourgate, now in the tenure of Robert Vauce, lately belonging to the chantry of St James and St Lawrence in the parish church of St Saviour, York, now dissolved, and granted to White and Burye by letters patent of King Edward VI dated 7 July 1549.
