Scope and Content

My dear Mr Faithfull, I heard a rumour, which I think is correct, that your dear relatives wished to come into this immediate neighbourhood - My dear wife - her Mother & sisters, as each as myself would indeed welcome them; & be thankful to our Heavenly Father for bringing us into close contact with those who are His - There is a good house now vacant Keadley Green, near Mrs Breay's : & a better one, near Mr Blook's, called Willow Heath. This is not far from the Basement Railway Italian: & nearly a [unit] & a half or so, from this Church. I do not know of any others at present. We have looked over The one near Mrs [Buag's]. It is thoroughly well built - it is raised off the ground, & has excellent cellars, which can ___the dryness & healthiness of a house. The bed rooms are superior to the Sitting rooms. I think there are 8 & 3 sitting rooms. I write hastily: but I wanted you to know that we all bear your dear relations in our Hearts, & I wish they were near enough to us, to allow us constantly & see them. May the good shepherd who has hitherto led them; still preciously lead them beside 'waters of comfort,' until they join the fold above!

Believe me friends Most sincerely from William Pennefather.
