Last page of a letter: from ME Gaskell to [?]

Scope and Content

[appears to be the last page of a letter] weeks of watching must have been! And what a Mystery More is in such pain, as you say. One can but trust and pray: not merely 'faithfully trust the larger hope,' but absolutely believe in Our Father's Mercy, for others as well as for one's self. Only this winter, I have had such sad experience of how it is infinitely more difficult to say 'Thy will be done' for others than for oneself. Thanking you again and again for your letter, and hoping so much that you are as well as is possible for you just now. I am yours most sincerely. ME Gaskell
