Rough minutes in the hand of Lord Stamford of a meeting of trustees of Warrington Free Grammar School. The names of trustees present are recorded. The trustees considered arrangements for Mr [William] Boardman's annuity: no personal security is required from the trustees for the annuity, which is a matter entirely between the patron and the old and new masters. The trustees agreed that boys should have 14 days' holiday from 12 October, and discussed the leasing of the Arrowe estate belonging to the school.
