Written from Winchester. Miss Willard has written begging her to go over to America and she has told her it is impossible. She thinks that Mrs Steward of the LNA is by far the best person to go. Wishes she could see them to discuss things but at the moment tied at home. Their son [George] was got home with difficulty; they are very anxious about him [see letter from JB to Miss P. written just before this]
