Scope and Content

This school is named after a local Priest William Davies who was martyred for his faith. Together with a group of friends, he was the first to print a book in Wales, whilst in hiding, in a cave on the Little Orme. The book was ‘Y Drych Christianogawl’ – ‘The Christian Mirror’and is now kept in the National Library of Wales.
