Inventory and valuation for insurance purposes of furniture and contents (including heirlooms) of Dunham Massey Hall. This is followed by separate valuations of china and glass, linen, wearing apparel, wines and spirits, plate, and installation of electric light. The valuation was made by Samuel Taylor, while experts valued the pictures, books in the Library, communion plate and the more important contents of the Saloon, Great Hall etc. Total valuation: £27678 5s.
Enclosed loose inside the front cover is a sheet containing insurance details extracted from the complete valuation, dated 24 February 1913.
