The valuation was made by Nathaniel Pass and completed on 28 July 1819. Household furniture and furnishings, ornaments, kitchenware etc. £3954 3s 11d
Linen and china £422 15s 2d
Horses and carriages £588 3s 6d (£250 deducted from this sum for carriages given to the Dowager Lady Stamford).

The difference of over £2500 between the totals given in EGR7/17/3 and EGR7/17/4 may in part be accounted for by the omission of the stock of wine and ale from the former.
