Parties 1. Jane Bellasse widow of Francis Bellasse late of Newsam gent.,

2. James Greenwood of Stapleton gent.,

3. Richard Wilkes of Newsam, stapler

4. Robert Milner of Colton, yeoman.

5. Elizabeth Lofthouse of Osenthorpe, widow.

Consideration: £350., one bay gelding with sadle pilleon seats and other furniture, two of the best cows, 2 pairs of the best sheets, 2 pairs of the best pillow beares, the best table cloth, one dozen of the best napkins, one chest in her own parlour and the best bed with all the furniture as it then stood in the best parlour, already delivered and in performance of all agreements &c made between the parties concerning the estate of Francis Bellasse deceased.

Witnessed that (1) granted all her interest to (2) (3)(4) and (5) in the capital messuage with appurtenances in Newsam with all other lands, deed, etc. settled on her by will of her late husband.

Habendum to (2) (3) (4) and (5) severally and devidedly.

Both deeds signed by all parties, seal tage and traces of red wax.

Endorsed with memorandum of livery of seisin.
