Reciting.
several indentures whereby Seth Skelton of Osmondthorpe mortgaged several closes in Osmondthorpe called the Feoffments, the Low Longlands and the Upper Longlands to Lady Isabella, and Henry his son, later mortgaged 8 acres of land in Osmondthorpe called the Over close or Upper close adjoining Call Coates, and that these 2 mortgages were subsequently transferred to James Ibbetson on payment by him of £808. 1s. 4d.
Witnessed that the said James Ibbetson would indemnify the said Viscountess from all claims &c. in respect of the above premises
