Scope and Content

2. Arthur Ingram of Templenewsame, knight.

Consideration: a competent sum of money paid by Sir Arthur.

Property: all that ground or land arable meadow and pasture in Newsame Ings on this side the rayles in the several occupations of John Beckett Richard Hayre Thomas Bywater, Edmond Connell Richard Lacester and Francis Turton, formerly belonging to father of (1); Also, land arable meadow and pasture in a close or field commonly called Newsame Middlefeild (except land lately inclosed by (1) into 2 several inclosures one on the east side of the said field the other on the west side;

also, land arable meadow and pasture in Newsame Overfeild (except lands and a half next a yate called Leaper yate) all in the towne feilds and territories of Newsame with all appurtenances

Habendum: to Sir Arthur Ingram his heirs and assigns for ever.

Covenants: warranty of title and against any former incumbrance for further assurance.
