Comprises of minutes of meetings of the By-Laws Sub Committee, 9 December 1908 - 25 April 1910.

Administrative / Biographical History

The By-Laws Sub Committee was established in 1908 to consider the amemdment of the AA's constitution and by-laws. By 1910 a number of alterations to the by-laws had been implemented in order to ensure smoother operation of the Association. The changes included alterations in the make-up of Council and the conditions for tenure of office for various posts on the Council.
