The House Committee was first elected in the session 1904/5, its members announced in the Brown Book of that year. However, the committee does not appear to have actually met until 1906, then lapsing in 1911. It was re-established in 1920, its main function being to manage the general arrangements, catering, etc, for the Members Rooms in Bedford Square, comprising of the ground floor Dining Romm, the Library, the Lounge and a first floor Members' Room. T committee altered its name in 1961 to that of 'House and Estates Committee'.
Arranged chronologically into volumes of minutes and agendas.
