Lease for a Year

Scope and Content

NOTE: This deed is largely illegible:

the year cannot be read, nor can its

exact contents be worked out. However,

the parties mentioned below match those

in 1D/28, which is dated 2 Dec 1639. It

is therefore suggested that this is a

Lease for a Year to accompany a missing

Release.

PARTIES: The deed is too damaged to

produce an exact list, but they include

Francys Poure, brother of James, James

Chesterman, Sir Thomas Coghill, Robert

Gardiner and Abraham Viell.

PROPERTY: Probably as in 1D/28.
