In this manuscript letter Robert Owen tells Rigby that he is interested in a new publication and that he believes it to do much more good than harm that the author may be a friend in disguise.
He continues to raise concerns about an advertisement that he paid to be put in the Times newspaper. He does not know whether the advertisement has made it into the paper.
He informs Rigby of a parcel of proofs ready to be sent to the printer for Mr Travis to collect from the Golden Cross, London in the morning.
Owen asks Rigby of the effects that his advertisements are having within your circles of the working class.
