In this manuscript letter Robert Owen informs James Rigby that the meeting with the Committee is fixed at being held on the 27th at 7pm.
He continues to say that he expects to be at the Golden Cross in London on Friday by noon.
He then asks Rigby to tell Mr [Thomas] Atkins that if Owen is satisfied with the proposed title to landed property and will use it for the purposes stated then he will have no objection in supporting him in so good a cause.
Owen then suggests people to be included [possibly in the meeting with council?].
