View of trees and path

Small black and white photograph, very similar to 7/HPA/4/23/1, of a view from a window, looking down a path, with the edge of a building (with shutters on the windows) at the left edge of the picture. The path goes between two small trees, possibly with the sea behind. There are echoes of the image on the bottom left, and along the bottom, resulting from a double exposure. [Taken during a holiday in France.] Faded to a brownish tone, pasted onto a page in the notebook. The image is unclear because of the condition. A manuscript caption below reads 'Ditto After'.

Poor condition. Yellowed and faded very badly, faded almost to white on the left. Patches of brown and grey mould all over, white spotting on the image. Stable, low priority. Extensive treatment needed. Production method: gelatin silver print, cut and pasted by hand
