Scope and Content

Page of a notebook, with five small black and white photographs pasted onto it. The top two, and bottom right photographs each feature a different man, wearing a suit, standing, two also wear hats. The centre photograph is of a man and woman sitting outside, and the bottom left is of a woman walking. [Taken during a holiday in France.] All have faded to a brownish tone. Hand trimmed.

The opposite page has six names (characters in the play) under the heading 'DRAMATIS PERSONAE', presumably referring to the photographs.

Physical Characteristics and/or Technical Requirements

Poor condition. All photographs faded and yellowed badly, with patches of discolouration and damage to the surface from damp. Some mould growth on the page and photographs. Stable, low priority. Extensive treatment needed. Production method: gelatin silver print, cut and pasted by hand.
