Tiny drawing in black ink, at the bottom of a page in the notebook, consisting of four very simple cartoon figures, like 'stick men', in a row. The left two have full bodies and heads, and stick arms and legs, and are walking (stooping) to the left. The right centre figure has a wide skirt and hat, and seems to be running to the left. The right figure has a hat and wide trousers, and is jumping up with arms raised.
The picture seems to illustrate a part in the play described on the opposite page: 'All adjourn, without / paying Their bill. / Interlude by orchestra, / descriptive of scenery / People between drinks, etc'.
