EXAMINATION BEORE REMOVAL: Mary Roberts aged 8 years and Peter Roberts aged 7 years, the children of Edwin Roberts who has deserted them.

Examination of John Jones of Llangefni, chandler and Thomas Williams of Llangefni, miller.

John Jones states that in 1835 he was an overseer of the poor of the Parish of LLangefni. He forwarded to the Parish Officers of Esgeifiog in the County of Flint an Order for Removal for Edwin Roberts. The paupers are the children of that Edwin Roberts.

Thomas Williams, overseer of the poor of Llangefni states that he has been unable to find the original Removal Order referred to. He produced a copy of the examination.

NOTE: Order made confirming responsibility to the parish of Esgeifiog in the County of Flint

CERTIFICATE: Produced by Thomas Williams, overseer of the poor of Llangefni confirming that Mary and Peter Roberts are chargeable to that parish

COPY OF EXAMINATION: Produced by Thomas Williams, overseer of the poor of Llangefni. Dated 21st December 1835. Examination of Mary the wife of Evans Roberts of Llangefni to grant an order of removal of Edwin her bastard son from Llangefni to Ysceifiog in Flint, where he was born.
