Notebook in Gustav Holst's hand, briefly detailing diary appointments and addresses, notes on music performances, plans for upcoming concerts, including at Thaxted Church, Essex, and notes regarding upcomng Christmas concerts and carols. Notebook is originally undated but is dated in Imogen Holst's hand as 'possibly Autumn 1917', not addressed. Envelope states in Imogen Holst's hand 'refers to playing in H of J' [Hymn of Jesus], composed in 1917.
