Notebook in Gustav Holst's hand breifly detailing diary appointments and notes on musical performances. Notebook undated but dated on envelope by Imogen Holst as Summer term of 1915. Also includes autograph of Michio Itow, for whom Gustav Holst composed his Japanese Suite Op. 33 in 1915.
