Papers for 'Land at war' and other work for the Ministry of Information. In 1943 Lee was asked by the Ministry of Information to prepare a publication on agriculture's effort in the war, and also undertook other work for the ministry. Some of the notebooks of poems at Add MS 88936/1/1-10 also contain notes made by Lee in the course of his government work.
