This bundle includes:
- the agreement for the payment of annuity to John Duncombe, by William Cavendish, Marquess of Hartington, 1725 and including John Duncombe's receipts for payments 1730 - 1734;
- a receipt for two hundred guineas paid by William Cavendish, 3rd Duke of Devonshire, for two years' interest due on a bond, 21 May 1747;
- a note of the annuity payable by William Cavendish, 3rd Duke of Devonshire, and that the interest had been paid to 15 May 1747;
- a receipt for quarterly payment on account of the annuity, 17 March 1752.
