2. Julia Crockford, Elizabeth Crockford and Harriet Crockford, all of Essex Villas, Denmark Hill, co. Surrey, spinsters.

3. Joseph James Ridley of Liverpool, co. Lancs., esq. and John Green Winder of Cateaton Street, Manchester, metal merchant.

Works, mills, lands, etc. (now occupied and used by Holywell Railway and Limestone Company for purpose of a tramway) called The Greenfield Zinc Works on Greenfield Common, Holywell, and wharf of #1 on river Dee to #3, the Works subject to free use of #1 for 2 years & 1 month from the date of this lease. Minerals and quarries under and on the said premises excepted. Plan in margin. Inventory of furniture and effects in Corner Office, Laboratory and Engine Room. Term: 17 years. Rent: £340. Endorsed: surrender of above lease, 10th October 1867.
