Scope and Content

B&W photographic print. 'A Pankho Kuki (people) village, also containing a few Bonjugi Kuki (people) houses, in the north of the district. The houses are built on stilts, with a porch in front and a sitting-out platform at the back, similar to a typical Naga house. Like those of the Nagas, the Kuki (people) villages are invariably sited on ridges.'
