This looks to be a hand drawin copy of 'Dissection of pyramid running supposedly to the corpus striatum' from Herbert Mayo, 1827 which features as figure 1 in the publication G. Jefferson, 'The prodromes to cortical localization', Journal of Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Psychiatry, 1953, 16, pp.59-72.
