Scope and Content

WILL: Henry Lloyd of Tregayan, co. Anglesey, clerk. His estates in pa. Tregayan, Llangefni, Llanfihangelesceifiog, Pentraeth, Amlwch co. Anglesey, Llanfairfechan, Pistill, Bryncroes, Llangwnadle, Edern, Llanfihangel bachellath, Penrhos and Llangian co. Caernarvon are left in trust to his wife Emma Lloyd. In addition Mary Horton Price of Beaumaris widow, is to receive a life annuity of £10, Ellin Jones late of Ty'n y llan, pa. Tregayan widow of John Edmunds, clerk dec. is also to receive a life annuity of £10. The trustees, William Sparrow of Beaumaris, co. Anglesey esq. and Rowland Williams also of Beaumaris gent. are directed to sell sufficient of his estate to repay a mortgage of £2000. Excluding Gwnnis pa. Pistill and Monachdy pa. Bryncroes and Ty'n y Coed, Cefn y Cae mawr and the quillets in Plas Llangefni and Pencraig Bach lands in pa. Tregayan and Llangefni. His personal estate is bequeathed to his wife who is also the sole executrix.
