PROBATE COPY OF WILL dated 30 1773 of Anna Lloyd of Kessail Gyfarth, co. Carnarvon, spinster. She bequeaths an annual payment of 30s to the poor of pa. Penmorfa, co. Carnarvon excluding the vagrants and idle discovery people who live on the common called Earu. She devises the land and buildings of Kessail Gyfarth pa. Penmorfa and Llan Saint Catherine (commonly called Cricketh) co. Carnarvon to her godson John Lloyd, second son of Robert Lloyd of Tregayan, co. Anglesey and in the event of his dying without issue to Robert Lloyd, 3rd son. Her tenements called Hendre pa. Llanfihangel y Traethe, co. Merioneth and Brynllydan pa. Llanfrothen co. Merioneth are devised to the Rev. Richard Evans, clerk, rector of Kinsgland, co. Hereford, her cousin. To the poor of the pa. Llanfihangel Traethe she gives 10s. p.a. and likewise to the poor of the pa. Llanfrothen. After numerous monetary bequests to relatives, friends and servants the residue of the estate is to go to the Rev. R. Evans who is also appointed sole executor.
