This bundle includes a number of copy letters from Cox as well as incoming letters; where a correspondent is represented by a copy outgoing letter only, this is stated in the list below. The correspondence largely relates to: plans for the twenty-fifth anniversary issue of CQ to be published in 1984, including a number of invitations to potential contributors; and to articles on Shakespeare which had formerly appeared in CQ and which Cox was arranging to publish together as an anthology entitled Shakespeare's Wide and Universal Stage.
