Scope and Content

Correspondence carried out by Cox and other CQ editors during 1986. Includes correspondence relating to accepted contributions to CQ Vol. 27, No. 4 (winter 1985), Vol. 28, Nos. 3-4 (autumn-winter 1986), Vol. 29, Nos. 1-2 (spring-summer 1987), Vol. 29, No. 2 (summer 1987), and Vol. 30, Nos. 1 and 3 (spring and autumn 1988). A number of rejected poems are also included. This file contains numerous letters addressed to Maureen Duffy, the new fiction editor, relating to submissions of short fiction, published in CQ for the first time in 1986.
