Relating to the proposed construction of 4 miles of urban motorway in West Yorkshire. The route alongside the River Colne was deemed to be a particularly difficult section. Rowe was asked for advice, following his talk at Sheffield on 3 May 1972. [The motorway does not appear to have been built along the lines of the original proposal].
