Thomas of West Bretton covenants that, at the death of Thomas of High Hoyland, he will pay 18 marks or whatever thereof shall be by then unpaid, to Alice, Joan, and Elizabeth West, sisters of Thomas of High Hoyland, he being bound for these payments as their child's portions out of the goods of his parents, deceased.
