Scope and Content

William Brown of East Lexham, Norfolk, esq., and Hamo le Straunge, esq., with Elizabeth his wife (one of the daughters and heirs of Sir Hugh Hastynges, kt., deceased); William Derman of Kirk Bramwith, yeoman.
Three closes, excluding the wood and timber growing thereon, lying together at Fenwick and known as Bladworth fields, containing 20 acres, and in the occupation of William Derman, father of William Derman.
For 21 years from Martinmas last at 18s. per annum payable to William, Hamo, and Elizabeth, or the heirs and assigns of Elizabeth, in parts at Martinmas and Whitsun, with 20 days grace before distraint.
