Admission of Charles Yarburgh of Heslington, esq., following surrender made out of court on 2 July 1767 by Samuel Buck of Trinity Hall, university of Cambridge, esq. (eldest son and heir at law of William Buck, late of Rotherham, gent., deceased), Catherine Buck of Rotherham, widow of the said William, and Rev. William Withers, rector of Tankersley.
3 roods meadow known as Turpin ing, on the north side of the river Went at Sykehouse, late in the occupation of William Gamble but now in the tenure or occupation of Benjamin Cawthorn or his undertenants.
