Moiety of three closes of land and pasture called Bladworth fields, containing 20 acres, at Fenwick, abutting on Thornehagge to the north, and on Flashley carr to the south, now in the tenure or occupation of William Dearman. The lands were part of the inheritance of Anne Browne from her father.
Warranty of title against the heirs of Hugh Hastinges.
William and Anthony Browne appoint Thomas Cooke of Askern and Thomas Sayle of Moss, yeomen, as their attorneys.
