Scope and Content

Alice de Lascy, countess of Lincoln and Salisbury; John de Melburn, lately gentleman of the chamber to Thomas [of Lancaster], earl of Lancaster and Leicester, High Steward of England.
Reversion of a place and messuage called Brydcroft in the parish of Kirk Bramwith, after the death of Henry Trymme, with other properties which Henry held for life of the said Thomas.
To be held by John and the heirs male of his body in return for annual payment of 3d. in equal parts at Whitsun and Martinmas, and for the services set out in the charter granted to him by Thomas.
