1) Thomas West to convey lands to Alice before Whitsun next, with warranty against himself and his heirs only, and assurance of title for two years.
2) Alice to pay Thomas £26 13s. 4d. at the font of Barnsley parish church of 9 May next following.
3) Arbitrators to settle any disputes about their award.
