Sets out his claim for recognition using seven main points: aeronautical (mainly “Aerial Flight”), unpaid service on war time committees, work on the Advisory Committee for Aeronautics, war time political writing of value to the nation, recompense for being dropped from the Advisory Committee for Aeronautics, work on the internal combustion engine, publication of patents which have saved the Treasury money.
