Correspondence between Sir Dennis Holme Robertson (1890-1963), economist, and E.T. Scott, relating to a request for the provision of signed articles by Robertson on family endowment for the Manchester Guardian, which is granted, with discussion of content and format, and accompanied by related internal memoranda. Also included is a request by E.T. Scott for a notice by Robertson of an [unknown] book for publication in the paper.

There is a request by E.T. Scott to be given permission to see the examination scripts of his nephew, [Laurence Prestwich] Scott, for whom Robertson was tutor at Trinity College, Cambridge, and a letter of thanks to Robertson for the provision of his opinion on his nephew. Also included is a related internal memorandum.
