Scope and Content

Bequeaths all his real and personal estate to his wife Sarah for the term of her life, thereafter the same to be shared equally between his children. Names his said wife, his sons William Wynn Kenrick and John Kenrick, and his daughter Sarah Savage Kenrick, to be his executrices and executors.
