(2), at the direction of (1), assign unto (3) a moiety of all manors, lands and tenements that were conveyed to them by Henry [Booth, 1st] Earl of Warrington in trust for raising £10,000 for his daughters Elizabeth and Mary Booth [see EGR1/8/10/4 above], which sum has not been paid. (1) also assign Mary's portion of £5000 unto (3).
Covenant for reassignment to (1) if (1) pay (3) £1060 within a year and a day. (1) are to remain in occupation.
Mortgage sum: £1000 (same sum as in EGR1/8/10/5 above).
