Rights in certain inventions and patents: Frederick Lanchester to pay Barker £150 in settlement of claim by Barker for commission on certain of Lanchester’s patents; Barker is then to lend £150 at rate of 5%. Barker assigns to James and Allan Whitfield his interest in certain Lanchester inventions under agreements made in 1896, for an agreed price.
