COPY LETTER: E. Roberts to Mr. Huxtable. He has cleaned the daffodil boat and will try to get it away tomorrow if John is not too busy to cart it to the station. His price for the 12' boat is £88 without sails. He has sold the boat that was at the exhibition to a local man for £66. He has paid £50 in cash and will pay the remaining £16 later. The buyer has been told that there is a charge of 10% p.a. on the remainder. The £50 has been paid in to Barclays Bank. Mr. Owen has not turned up yet.
