COPY LETTER: G. Huxtable, Swansea to E.R. Roberts, Cambrian Craft and Developments Ltd, Shipyard, Amlwch Port. He was very glad to be able to spend a day or so at Amlwch, and so was Mr. Bird who wishes to express his appreciationon the quality of workmanship turned out. He is grateful for the help offered by Roberts's son, John, in the moving of dinghies for display at various exhibitions and Regattas. He will be at Amlwch for the period of the Cemaes Bay and Bull Bay regattas when he hopes to sell their current stock of dinghies. He encloses a diary of their displays. Confirms that the yard will be closed for annual holidays from July 17th to August 1st and on Band Holiday Monday. He enclosed the American Illustrations of the type of inboard engined boat they have in mind. They have received a report from Dickie of Bangor and feel that it would be better for them to cut their losses and dismantle No. 1 Cruiser rather than face the heavy expenditure which is inevitable before she can be completed. Discusses taking on an extra labourer.
