He encloses a cutting from the correspondence column of the Neue Freie Presse, in which there is a complaint from an individual about 80 of his foreign letters not reaching their destination. He [Fodor] noted that one or two letters of his had gone adrift, and presents a list of five important, and sometimes confidential items, of which he asks Crozier to confirm receipt.
