Robert Dell to W. P. Crozier.
Location: Geneva.
Concerning treaties between countries in central Europe. He despairs of the M.G.'s Saturday leader, which he thinks strays from reality; the last part borders on the comic. He thinks that Britain and France have driven Yugoslavia towards Hitler and Mussolini; the new Yugoslav policy has effectively broken up the Little and the Balkan entente.
